Who we are

LifeAgents is operated by Banja Media (CVR 44233940), a company registered in Denmark. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Banja Media throughout this document. "You" refers to the human using the service.

What the service does

LifeAgents is a software-as-a-service product that connects to your existing tools (email, calendar, and more over time) and uses AI agents to help you triage information, draft responses, and stay on top of your week. The exact set of features and connected services evolves as we ship. We will tell you when something material changes.

Your account

You need an account to use LifeAgents. You sign in with a third-party identity provider (currently Google). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login with others.

One person per account. Sharing an account with another human or using one account to run agents on behalf of someone else without their consent is not allowed.

Acceptable use

Do not use LifeAgents to:

• Process data that is not yours, or that you do not have permission to process
• Send spam, phishing, or any communication that violates email or messaging laws
• Generate content that infringes others' rights, including impersonating named people without permission
• Bypass security, rate limits, or abuse the underlying APIs we depend on (Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• Resell or sublicense the service to third parties

We may suspend or close accounts that violate this section.

Your data

You own everything you put into LifeAgents — your profile, your agent configurations, your connected services data. We process it only to provide the service. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

You can export everything you have stored with us and delete your account at any time. Both options are available from your profile page or by emailing us.

AI output

LifeAgents generates draft replies, summaries and suggestions using large language models. We do our best to make the output useful and accurate, but it can be wrong, misleading, or generated in a way that does not match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything that gets sent on your behalf. By default the service surfaces drafts for you to approve. If you enable Auto Mode for specific agents, you accept that those actions execute without further review and you take responsibility for the outputs.

Payments and early access

During early access, LifeAgents is offered to selected design-partners on a custom paid arrangement. Public pricing will be announced separately when we open access more broadly. If you are a paying design-partner, billing terms are agreed separately and prevail over this section.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot promise 100%. LifeAgents depends on third-party services (Anthropic, Google, Supabase, Cloudflare) which can have their own outages. We will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance when possible. If LifeAgents is unavailable for an extended period and you are a paying customer, we will credit your account at our discretion.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you can do, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the change, you can close your account.

Termination

You can close your account anytime from your profile page or by emailing us. We can suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing service is no longer viable for us. We will give you reasonable notice and the option to export your data, unless immediate action is needed (security, abuse, legal).

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to LifeAgents is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data beyond what we hold directly.

This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law, including liability for gross negligence or intent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
